Refund policy
At Casual Maniacs, every product is made specifically for you after your order is placed.
We work with a print-on-demand production model. This means we do not keep a traditional inventory of finished products. Once an order is confirmed, the item is submitted for production specifically to fulfil your order.
For this reason, we do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, except where required by applicable consumer law.
MADE-TO-ORDER / PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
All Casual Maniacs products are produced on demand after an order has been placed.
Because each item is made specifically to fulfil an individual order, all sales are considered final once production has started, where permitted by applicable law.
We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges because:
- you ordered the wrong size;
- you selected the wrong colour;
- the item does not fit as expected;
- you changed your mind;
- you no longer want the product;
- you ordered multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them; or
- your personal preference regarding the fit, colour, wash, print or appearance has changed.
Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Orders may enter production shortly after payment has been confirmed.
Once production has started, we may no longer be able to cancel the order or change the size, colour, design, delivery address or other order details.

We will try to help if production has not yet started, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
This section does not affect any cancellation or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded.
STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers in certain countries may have mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by this policy.
In particular, consumers in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
Where such a mandatory right applies to your purchase, Casual Maniacs will honour that right regardless of our print-on-demand production model.
To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the legally applicable period by contacting:

We will then provide you with the applicable return instructions.
Do not send products directly to our print provider, manufacturer or fulfilment partner unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Where you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise or Casual Maniacs agrees to cover these costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Casual Maniacs is not responsible for return packages that are lost before reaching the designated return address.
CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Where a statutory return right applies, returned products must be handled with reasonable care.
You may inspect and try on a garment only to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
This may include products that have been:
- worn beyond normal fitting;
- washed;
- stained;
- damaged;
- altered;
- exposed to strong odours, smoke, perfume or similar substances; or
- otherwise used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.
CUSTOM OR PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Products manufactured according to your individual specifications or products that are clearly personalised may be excluded from statutory withdrawal rights where applicable law allows this.
This may include products featuring customer-selected personalised text, names, artwork or other individual customisation.
Where a product is legally excluded from the right of withdrawal, the sale is final after the order has been placed.
A product being manufactured only after an order is received does not by itself necessarily mean that it is legally considered a personalised product.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Our made-to-order policy does not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

- a description of the problem; and
- clear photographs showing the issue.
We will review the claim and, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, may offer a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.
Please do not return a damaged or defective item without contacting us first.
SIZE & FIT
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before ordering.
Sizing can vary between different garments, fits and manufacturers. Please use the size information provided on the relevant product page before completing your purchase.
Choosing the wrong size is not considered a defect.
Where no mandatory statutory return right applies, we do not offer a return, exchange or refund because an incorrect size was ordered or because the customer does not like the fit.
COLOUR, WASH & PRINT VARIATIONS
Some Casual Maniacs products are designed with washed, faded, distressed or vintage finishes.
Small variations in colour, wash, distressing, print placement, texture or appearance may naturally occur between individual garments.
Computer screens and mobile devices may also display colours differently.
Reasonable production variations that are inherent to the garment or printing process are not considered defects.
SALE & DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
Where no mandatory statutory return right applies, sale items, discounted products and promotional products are final sale.
A discount or promotion does not affect statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
NON-EU / INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For customers in countries where there is no mandatory statutory right to return an item because of a change of mind, all print-on-demand and made-to-order sales are final once production has started.
We do not voluntarily accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind;
- incorrect size selection;
- fit preference;
- colour preference; or
- other personal preferences.
Any mandatory rights provided by the laws applicable to your purchase remain unaffected.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is legally required or approved by Casual Maniacs, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Where you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts required under applicable law.
We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, where permitted by law.
